Print out Entry Form and mail to me by deadline date of Tuesday, June 16, 2026 Late fee of $10.00 will apply if received on or after June 20th, 2023. Also you must enter on athletic.net in order to advance to Regional 5 Junior Olympic Qualifier in Lake Erie Ohio

Deadline Date is June 16, 2026 by 11:59pm. If received on or after June 16th, a $10.00 late fee will be accessed to the entry. Also Please go to athletic.net to complete the online registration process. Your athlete has to be registered there to advance to Regionals which will be held here in Lake Erie Ohio. All Athletes must have a current 2026 USATF Membership and Age Verification for New Athletes.
